Pricing & discounts

Prices published on this website are the official Amor Decor price list — identical on every channel.
Volume discount: orders ₱50,000–99,000 get 5% off; ₱100,000 and above get 10% off.
Returning customers (2+ orders, or any order ≥ ₱50,000): 5–10% off future orders, priority production scheduling, extended warranty support.

Payment

50% deposit before design/production starts — cash, GCash or bank transfer.
Remaining 50%: on installation, on receipt (J&T), or before dispatch (Lalamove/LBC).

Design & revisions

Free design layout & mockup. One revision free; from the 2nd revision: ₱200 per revision.
Changes during production: possible with early notice, at 30% of order value to cover materials and labor.

Delivery & storage

Shipping via J&T, Lalamove or LBC — billed at the actual courier cost.
Free storage for 7 days after completion; from day 8: ₱100/m²/day.
Please inspect on receipt; record photos/video if there is any issue so we can resolve it under warranty.

Warranty — 6 months, all products

Structure: warped or unstable frames, incorrect installation (tilted, uneven).
Electrical: burnt or flickering LEDs, faulty adapters/drivers, wiring defects.
Printing & surface: smudged or wrong colors vs. approved design, premature fading, wrong materials.

Returns & rework

Request within 1–3 days of handover, product in original condition.
Free rework for production defects or deviations from the approved design; rework time 7–10 working days.
Custom items made exactly to your approved specification are not returnable for change of mind.

FAQ

Can the LED neon change colors?

No — Amor Decor produces static LED neon (steady, even light in one color). Choose from 10 colors when ordering.

How long does production take?

Standard-size items typically take 1–2 weeks after deposit, plus delivery or installation scheduling. Tell us your deadline — we'll be straight about what's achievable.

Do you install outside Metro Manila?

Our crew installs across Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan and Rizal. Other provinces: quoted with a survey/mobilization fee, or we ship with installation guides. Neon and LED logo signs ship nationwide.

What files do I need to provide?

Your logo as JPG/PNG (or original AI/PDF if available), the text in "quotation marks", and a photo of the space where the sign will go. Sharp images work best.

Is the mockup really free?

Yes — layout and mockup are free, with one free revision. From the 2nd revision, ₱200 per revision. You only pay a deposit after you approve the design.
